Based in Yorkhire, we run children's parties, workshops, and holiday activities within our own dedicated venue, offering a safe and inspiring space for young people to explore, move and have fun. As Creative Director at The Events Mill, Adele brings a theatrical flair and a storyteller’s soul to every experience she creates. With 30 years of experience teaching dance, drama, and musical theatre—and 15 years as Principal of the Georgie School of Theatre Arts—Adele’s creative vision is deeply rooted in performance, emotion, and connection.
Her background in the performing arts gives her a unique ability to design immersive, narrative-driven children's experiences, performance workshops, and parties that don’t just entertain, they engage and inspire. Adele leads with imagination, empathy, and an unwavering commitment to excellence, ensuring that every detail contributes to a bigger, more meaningful picture.

As Operations Director at The Events Mill, Dawn is the driving force behind the seamless delivery of extraordinary experiences. With a meticulous eye for detail, she ensures that every activity runs smoothly and exceeds expectations.
Dawn brings 30 years of project and management expertise, and two decades leading operations at the Georgie School of Theatre Arts. Combining her project management expertise with a passion for dance and working with children, Dawn now focuses on creating fun, well-organised children's parties, performance workshops and holiday clubs within The Events Mill. Her approach ensures every session runs smoothly, with attention to detail, creativity and a focus on making each experience enjoyable for both children and parents.
